As we begin preparing for our pilgrimage to Seoul, South Korea, for World Youth Day 2027, this website will serve as our central place for registration, preparation, communication, payments, documents, and important updates.
Our hope is to make the months leading up to World Youth Day as simple and organized as possible for everyone.
Your Pilgrim Portal
Each pilgrim has a private, password-protected account. After registering and confirming your email address, you can log in at any time to manage your pilgrimage information.
Through your portal you will be able to:
- Review and update your personal information
- Upload or change your pilgrim photo
- Upload a picture of your passport information page
- Upload required permission documents if you are under 18
- Review your payment history and remaining balance
- Access the link to make payments through Zeffy
- Receive private messages from the pilgrimage team
- Reply directly to the team through your private message board
- See what information or documents may still be missing
Please keep your login information private. Your account, personal information, and uploaded documents are available only through the secure portal to you and the authorized pilgrimage management team.
Communication With the Pilgrimage Team
The portal also gives us a secure way to stay in touch with you.
If Debbie, Carol, or another member of the pilgrimage team sends you a private message, you will receive an email letting you know that there is a new message in your pilgrim portal. Simply follow the link, log in, and you will be able to read and reply to the message.
We may also use email to send reminders concerning registration, missing documents, payments, meetings, and other important preparations.
Payments
Payments for the pilgrimage will be made securely through Zeffy.
Your pilgrim portal will allow you to review the payments that have been received and see your remaining balance. If you make a cash payment directly to the pilgrimage team, that payment can also be recorded in your account.
